Lou Lovejoy harvests crops for CSA distribution in late June.

2017 CSA: Happy Spring! We are grateful for the beginning of another season, even if it is the windchill is in the single digits today. That at least keeps me in to get this email out to you all. I think the best way to express gratitude is via food, good food. I am always so happy when someone offers me food. I like to eat and I don't have to worry about it cluttering up my house. Also in the preparation, serving or giving of food, there is acknowledgment and connection. We are pleased again this year to offer our service of connection through growing produce for your family. We hope to offer the same abundance as last year (remember all that sun!).

Pick up days will be Mondays after 2 p.m., through 6 p.m. on Tuesday. The first day for CSA pick ups is on Monday, June 5, 2017 (mark your calendars!). The cost is $400, the same as last year. Please make checks payable to Tunbridge Hill Farm.

Any added dollars to the amount will go to our farmshare program that is run through NOFA VT. This program allows qualified families to have their shares subsidized 50%. Anyone interested in applying for this program, or know a family that could benefit from this program, please go to the NOFA Vt webpage to find the application and more information.

Looking forward to the season!
